420 Recipe: Cannabis Popsicles

Every week we show you how to make edibles from your medical cannabis. This week, a recipe for cannabis-infused popsicles, perfect for summer!

Ingredients: 

  • 1.5 cups of fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup marijuana honey
  • 1 cup cannabis almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1.5 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions: 

  1. Puree the raspberries, half the water and lemon juice together in a blender.
  2. Add half the honey, continue blending.
  3. Pour the raspberry puree through sieve and into a bowl.
  4. Fill each popsicle mould 1/3 way with raspberry puree.
  5. Freeze for one hour.
  6. Mix cannabis milk, yogurt and sugar.
  7. Remove moulds from freezer and fill each mould another 1/3 with yogurt mix.
  8. Freeze for one hour.
  9. Puree the blueberries, rest of the water and lime juice together in a blender.
  10. Add the rest of the honey, continue blending.
  11. Pour blueberry mix through sieve into bowl.
  12. Fill moulds with the blueberry mix.
  13. Return to freezer and freeze until solid, two hours.
